Instrument Gas To Instrument Air Conversions

  • Air consumption must be metered. Uplink to data network (i.e. SCADA) is ideal. 
  • Larger pneumatic systems payout faster.

Solar Chemical Injection Pump Conversions

  • Pneumatic 5100/5000 series (or equivalent) chemical injection pumps are great candidates for conversions.
  • Gas driven circulation pumps have the same offset eligibility as chemical injection pumps.
  • Use our Field Measurement software to collect detailed pump inventory, time stamped metered stroke counts/chemical consumption, and other verification evidence.
  • Multi-headed pump opportunities significantly improve economics.

Carbon Capture and Storage

Capturing CO2 emissions and transferring them to permanent storage in deep saline aquifers results in a permanent reduction in CO2 emissions. Carbon capture and storage projects applicable under this protocol consist of three main components:

  • CO2 capture infrastructure, which includes a process modification to a facility to capture vented CO2 emissions. The carbon capture facility is usually separate from the emission source facility, and typically uses a chemical solvent CO2 capture technology.
  • A CO2 pipeline to transport CO2 from the capture facility to the injection well(s).
  • Disposal of CO2 through injection wells and into deep saline aquifers.

  • Conservation of previously vented gas for use as fuel gas, for recovery and reinjection, for power/heat generation.
  • Requires processing or re-pressurization infrastructure, and sometimes extensive engineering.
