Saj believes a more sustainable future through practical and profitable steps is both possible and necessary. Throughout his career, he’s racked up extensive management experience and proven expertise in strategic planning, capital budgeting, and mergers and acquisitions.

In a sense, Saj has always worked in sustainability thanks to a summer spent working at the bottle depot when he was 14. Since then, and before finding himself at BMO Radicle, Saj worked in senior leadership positions at several international oilfield technology services companies. During this portion of his career, he established manufacturing and operational capabilities, achieved world-class quality certifications, and contributed to unprecedented growth in both size and revenue. In every company Saj has worked at, he ensures there’s a balance between people, community, sustainability, and profits.
