The Agrocortex project conserves over 185,000 hectares of the Amazon rainforest. Through sustainable forest management, Agrocortex reduces illegal logging, cattle ranching, and other commercial forestry operations. The project contributes to long-term climate and biodiversity protection efforts in Brazil. It’s estimated that Agrocortex reduces emissions by over 480,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent (tCO2e) annually.
